All travellers (both vaccinated and unvaccinated) entering Belize through the Philip Goldson International airport will be required to present a negative Covid-19 test.
There are no direct flights between the UK and Belize. You may be subject to the regulations of the countries you pass through in transit to Belize. Please check this information on the government websites of your transiting countries.
To travel to Belize, you must follow these procedures:
- Anyone aged 5 years or older (vaccinated or unvaccinated) arriving by air must present a negative PCR test taken within 4 days prior to travel or an antigen test taken within 2 days prior to travel
- If you’re entering via sea or land, external PCR or antigen tests will not be accepted, and a rapid antigen test will be administered by the Ministry of Health at your own expense
Should you test positive from the rapid antigen test administered by the Ministry of Health, you will be required to undertake a mandatory quarantine at an approved quarantine hotel at your own expense.
